Professional History
As Finance facilitator, Siobhan assists with funding for projects >$25M, subject to terms and conditions of approval. Her team of professional consultants complete their investigations and feasibility studies,conceptualise the design and attend Council meetings.
Hands on developer, managerial roll with a Holistic approach to all developments from Concept to Finance to Completion.
From creating the vision of what can be achieved from the raw site to the true potential of any development, financially rewarding for the developer and enriching the community in a positive way.
Co-ordinating architects, draftsmen, urban planners, urban designers, heritage conservationists, property developers, engineers, construction managers and other built environment professionals, Siobhan has established a team of professionals with the skills and knowledge to operate successfully in today's complex and globalised building environment.
Successful negotiation and resolution skills over the years with vast
experience dealing with Councils. Her team of Urban planners, Engineers, (Civil and structural) then prepare the necessary reports and documentation for lodgement.
As a Project Manager, all aspects of the build are controlled by her independent construction team at a fixed sum.
Achievements:
Purchased the whole building of 12 x 2 bedroom apartments in 1983.
1984 - 1985 Designed and built Commercial and Shopping Centres in Beaumaris,Victoria.
1984 - 2004 Purchased numerous development sites in Sydney,Central Coast and Melbourne.A percentage of these sites were entered into with Joint Venture Partnerships.
1987 - Designed ,built and furnished the Brentnall Rosewood display Home, winner of multiple awards both HIA and MBA for 2 years running.
1988 Invited by the Australian Trade Commission to represent Australia at the International Building Show in Dallas. One of the 10 best companies chosen by the Commission. Established an office on JFK drive, Dallas.
1988 - 1992 Designed homes for USA clients and supplied Australian building materials in Kit form to clients in the Caribbean, Bahamas and Upstate New York.
1984- 2017 30 years of expertise in client liaison, designing and managing design, feasibility studies to Project Managing the
construction of over 3,000 Luxury homes completed in Australia and
overseas under the Brentnall Homes banner. Clients located in remote areas, requiring superior logistical and planning strategies to meet budget allocations. CEO of an Award winning sustainable design and Project Management Company, dedicated to clients needs.
Projects under contract for 2018 include:
Penrith :- Place of Worship and Wedding Reception venue. $10M dev.
Bootawa Dam: - New residence, estimated build cost $4.5M.
Lithgow: Over 50’s - 220 home development project value $40M
Hope Island: New residence and gym show room estbuild cost $1.2M
Across Australia: 16 x child care Centres, currently in planning and
development stage.
1989 - 1992 Amalgamated and developed ‘Osborne Park’ at
Castlereagh, NSW into a world class, ‘state-of-the-art’ Horse training
facility. Developed Australia’s first Premier quarantined, thoroughbred training facility, with 50 stables and 1,600m training and race track.
The Godolphin Group, a global thoroughbred breeding and horse racing stable, founded by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, purchased the complex in 1992.
1995 - 1997 Land Subdivisions in Kellyville NSW.
1999 - 2001 Designed and supplied in Kit form Aged Care facilities.
1989 - 1991 Building consisting of 14 stories of luxury, one floor apartments on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.
2000 - Was engaged as a Consultant on behalf of the owners to develop an Over 50’s resort style development at Hope Island, Queensland.
2002 - 2003 Designed, built and interior fit out luxury Townhouses. 4 story development, ‘Reflections on Main’, at Lennie Ave, Main Beach.
sold for record prices ($3M and $3.5M, highest price achieved in the area was $1.4Ml)
2006 - 2009 Designed and Renovated 3 other homes. One in Pearl Beach, NSW. Sold for $4.5M (record price)
2007 - 2011 Negotiated and purchased separately 6 sites to amalgamate into one development site of over 4,000m2. Then designed and had DA and CC approval to construct an 81 unit Apartment complex consisting of dual key, 7 story, 2 levels of basement parking and commercial space to the ground floor on Marine Parade, Southport, Queensland. Now under construction.
2011- 2016 Christopher and Kim Oakes in Melbourne value of work $4.5M (this is their second house with my company, the first was 35 years ago) and Susanna and Jerod Henderson, 100 ha 10 mins from Byron Bay value of work $3.5M (both of these clients projects can be viewed on our Luxury Homes by Brentnall YouTube channel)
2015 - 2016 Manufacturing, supply and erection of the Steel Frames,
for 150 townhouses in kit form to a developer in France.
2001 - 2017 Associate partner in Child Care Facility design and installation. To date over 700 Child Care Centres have been completed, including fitouts through out Australia and Overseas. Consulted with the Governments of New Zealand, Japan, China, South Korea to design and build our successful Child Care facility models site specific.
